While browsing the Feb. issue of Monocle over a cup of coffee this morning, I ran across a small snippet about the brand Finamore. I decided to visit their website and I wasn’t surprised when I found quite a few shirts that I’d like to add to my closet. I especially like the spread collar striped Gekkos. Speaking of Gekkos, I know all of you are sad to see the Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps release date get pushed to September 24, 2010.
Finamore is nothing new—it’s the 2nd oldest shirt manufacturer in Naples. (via Ian Daniels of Shop the Finest) I haven’t had the pleasure of assessing the tactile qualities of the Finamore cloth, but I can imagine that a cotton dress shirt woven on silk machines would delight the senses.
