I bought a pair of Allen Edmonds Sanford shoes at the thrift store the other day for a friend and they didn’t work out for him. Because they’re not my size and I already have a pair in this color, I’m stuck with selling them. The shoe trees are included and don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
I know I haven’t been posting as much as I usually do. Blame it on the alcohol. I’ve fallin’ in to a deep dark hole—much like my pals Draper and Phillips. At least I’ve been working on the Vicks account with Campbell and didn’t get smacked with the Samsonite load. Poor Peggy. Anyway, I thought I’d take a moment, now that I’ve pulled myself up out of my own vomit, to tell you about a pair of pants that are on sale. I think I’ve just peed mine, so I’ll probably try to snag a pair of these for myself.
I know you’ve probably already read the reviews and the opinions, so I won’t waste your time with my slurs. I will say that these are 100% wool and those back flap button-through pockets will surely keep my flask on lock down. And for forty-nine bucks, are you kidding me? You can’t even buy a bottle of scotch for that anymore.

Man, I love a sale (Hence the new sale site.). It just so happens that Saks Fifth Avenue is bowing down to H&M in town and they’re having a closeout sale. So, yeah, Saks in PDX is closing and H&M will take over the space soon enough.
Anyway, today K and I decided to stop by and check out what was left of the sale. Luckily, there was plenty. I scored a very awesome Theory indigo button down that’s lined with cotton voile and that fits like a glove. It has the darts down the back that makes it hug you like it cares. I also snagged a plaid tie that’s made from a New York based company that I know nothing about named The Townsman (Anyone?). It’s my favorite width (2.5”) and for less than 25 bones, it was hard to turn down. I can’t wait to sport it this summer. The other items were a fun pair of shades and a snazzy pair of socks.
