Just cook the sausage a bit, spread a layer of vegenaise on a slice of Dave’s good seed bread, slap the sausage in between and chow down. Feel free to wash it down with a glass of water and then finish with your favorite scotch (mine is Balvenie).

I saw a guy in the grocery store the other day with a similar outfit on. I couldn’t see his shirt so I just added the one above because I like it. The guy I saw most likely had a shirt on that said “Support Your Local Farms.” Because all the Portland kids are wearing ‘em.
