Along with the biscuits and creative direction talent coming out of the Pine State, there’s also a couple of denim wranglers holding down the fort. Raleigh Denim, run by a husband and wife team (Victor & Sarah), has put together a nice line up of quality denim. They source as much as they can from North Carolina (aprox. 98%). (via ACL) This is probably a challenge, but it helps that Cone Denim is in the area.

You can see some of their offerings at Barneys Co-Op. A few pairs are even on sale. According to Chris, a random Denim Debate commenter, the Nash cut is a slim straight-leg version with a regular rise, so if you dig denim close to your crotch, grab these.

I haven’t had any first hand experience with the denim, but after checking out the Denim Debate submission, they seem to be holding up well. The fade is nice, too.

You can check out more pictures and see where to buy these over at Raleigh Denim.

These are my Sugar Cane jeans and I’d like to get your opinion by way of this little poll that I constructed. If you have some jeans that you’d like me to feature in a poll like this, just send them to me. You can find my email address in the sidebar.

Today it’s warm and gloomy and I decided to play the day with a denim shirt and some plaid pants. And to add a little shabam to the outfit I wore some tassel loafers and a gold watch. Check me out.
