This week I’m drinking a blend from Intelligentsia. I bought it because I’m a sucka for a coffee that has ‘bourbon’ on the label. It wasn’t until I snapped a photo that I noticed that the coffee is described to have notes of pomelo and red wine. Yeah, you read that right. Pomelo, red wine, and bourbon are all characteristics of this coffee. 

Using a french press I don’t get too many of the red wine notes, but this coffee does have some bourbon notes. It’s bold, smooth and another one from Intelligentsia that’s worth my beans.
