This week I’m turning it up to eleven and drinking Extracto’s signature espresso blend. It’s named Eleven because the volume of flavor from this bean is bustin’ out.
If this company sold candles, I’d buy ‘em out. The smell of their beans is the Platonic ideal of coffee and it keeps me coming back.
As you’ve possibly read before, Extracto is one of my favorite coffee roasters. By now I’ve had at least a couple of gallons of Stumptown coffee. Their coffees are hard to beat, but Extracto is doing something right that keeps me coming back. The last batch of Extracto Guatamala Finca that I tried was delicious.
Luckily, I made it to 21st Market when I did because I bought the last bag. So here it is, the Extracto Uganda Bugisu Double Pick roast, and I can’t wait to drink this throughout the week.
